Peanut Butter Balls (AKA Buckeyes)

These are amazing! Fairly easy to make and sure to be a hit with your kids, family, friends,  and co-workers!  Sorry for the bad quality picture, my DSLR battery was dead, so this was taken with my phone. This recipe will make roughly 80-100 peanut butter balls, depending on how big you make them.

Peanut Butter Balls ( AKA Buckeyes)
1 box Powdered sugar
1/2 stick of butter
1 40oz jar of peanut butter
1 package of graham crackers, ground up ( more might be needed, just start with one package and mix until they stick together well and you can roll them into balls without them falling apart)

Mix above ingredients well. Shape into balls, place on wax paper and refrigerate to cool.

Chocolate Coating 

Melt 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels ( I use milk chocolate) and 1/2 stick of wax together. The wax is Gulf wax (household paraffin wax). Dip the peanut butter balls into chocolate and put on wax paper to cool. You can also make these as bars or cups. They are awesome just left in a container on the counter or chilled in the fridge. If you are making a big batch of these or want them all chocolate covered, double up on this recipe.

**Adding to this.. the gulf wax will have to be melted in a pan on the stove. It will not melt in the microwave, I tried! LOL! But it only takes 5 min on high to melt, just keep an eye on it! **
